21st Century Literature : “SINIGANG”

•This story reminds ang taught us to forgive and do not harbor resentment on one another just like what happened in the story even though Liza’s father have an affair . She still choose to forgive.

• Another lesson about the story of “SINIGANG” was selfless of Liza’s mother. She became a martyr wife to her husband and an oppressor mother.
  It also taught me that no one has a perfect relationship on family. And if ever there is one member who give love for one another, there will no conflict happen.

•As a learner of 21st century. This story taught me that forgiveness is the important above all. Even though it really hurt us, we must learn not to harbor resent especially on those people that is close to our hearts and it is also for self growth.
